Imlants have in way revolutionalized
dentistry. Previously fixed replacement of lost tooth involved preparing (grinding) at
least two adjacent teeth with no pathology/ disease. With the advent of dental implants
the neighboring natural teeth are saved. Here we place a highly sterile titanium implant
in to the bone over which the artificial tooth structure is placed. Implants can also be
given to complete denture patients for additional retention and stability. Different
